A career in medical coding typically requires training, certification, & experience. Unfortunately, acquiring that real-world experience that is often needed to land a job can be challenging.
With our Junior Coder Apprentice Internship Program (JCAIP) we aim to help newly certified coders overcome this challenge!

Basic Core Requirements

1. Must reside in the state of Connecticut
2. Must have a H.S Diploma/GED or its equivalency
3. Must be an active student enrolled in the CPC (Certified Professional Coder)  training program and maintain a 85% average or above.
